First Time Client

All first-time clients will speak to a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant via facetime call prior to services rendered. This call will be an additional $40 charge added onto the total cost of the IV Drip or Booster Shot. This medical clearance is a one-time fee but will expire after 365 days from the first treatment.
